LEADERSHIP SEMINARS

In every person, there is a potential for leadership. In every arena, there is an absence of quality, effective leadership (politial, civic, economic, social, educational and spiritual). The world is filled with followers, supervisors, and managers, but very few leaders.

Where are the genuine leaders? Who is willing to take responsibility for the present conditions in our community and willing to accept the challenge?

We've allowed our community to be taken over by the outsiders. Drugs, alcohol and other poisons are being peddled like candy. We're allowing our children's minds to be filled with lies and labels. Our girls are being taught to be whores while the boys are being taught to be pimps and thugs.

Are you living under your circumstances, a victim of your circumstances, or are you creating your own circumstances? Leadership is responding to responsibility! We were born to lead, but we must become leaders. Are you willing to serve and make yourself available?

Leaders must face the challenge of developing, training and producing a generation of leaders to secure the future for our children. True leadership influences through inspiration: it is not so much "what you do" but "becoming who you are."

Faith Talk Ministries incorporates Biblical principles to help broken men with the painful feelings that will come when they hear the inner cries of their children.
